Before Ordering

• Look over our buildings and choose the barn style you like.
• Decide on an approximate length and width.  The size can be adjusted and finalized as you work with our design staff to create "the perfect barn".
• Make a list of the accessories you will need or might like.
• Call or e-mail for a quote.                auntvicki@unclehowards.com 
• Our first quote will be based on your initial information.
• The final design price will be adjusted according to the terms of the order form by adding or subtracting space and accessories in your changes at the same price ratios.
• After receiving your very general 1st sketch we will send you a very preliminary plan.  We will keep improving the plan until you say stop ! that's "the perfect barn". 
• When engineering is completed the plans are forwarded to you.
• The final payment will not be expected until the package is "freight on board".
• We will help you find several builders in your area to choose from. 
• Use our cost estimator to help to determine a final price.
